Ry finally cleaned up his smoker so that he could make me my ribs that I had been waiting for. The ribs were my "thank you/reward" from him for remodeling the bathroom. We decided to invite the family over to enjoy them with us. Here is the stack of ribs before we began eating.
Of course by the time we were done there were only two ribs left that I was able to enjoy for lunch the next day.
